Cuntogel Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Policy

1Acceptance of Terms

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at cuntogel. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual – whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details – is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including:

• Full name as shown on your identification card;
• Accurate date of birth;
• An active phone number that can be reached;
• A valid and active email address;
• Bank account number or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

Cuntogel reserves the right to request supporting documents (ID card, bank statement) for identity verification (KYC) purposes at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals of RM 1,000 or more.

2.4 Location-Based Restrictions

It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure that use of the cuntogel platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Cuntogel is not liable for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform by individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

3User Account & Security

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your cuntogel username and password confidential. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

All activities carried out through your account – including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested – are your sole responsibility. Cuntogel is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the cuntogel account holder. Cuntogel will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal limits and processing times are as follows:

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by cuntogel are subject to specific wagering requirements. Wagering requirements determine how many times the bonus value must be played through before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

Any attempt to exploit the cuntogel bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim registration bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinating with other players — is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

6Game Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game outcomes at cuntogel are determined by software from licensed providers using independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Cuntogel has no control over game results, and no party can manipulate or predict game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the rare event that a technical error affects game results, cuntogel reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets. In such situations, the wagered amount will be fully refunded to the relevant player's account.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, results are final based on official outcomes announced by the relevant sporting body. For postponed or cancelled matches, the specific rules of each sport will apply.

7Prohibited Conduct

Users of the cuntogel platform are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Using automation software, bots, or any external tools to interact with the platform;
• Committing fraud, identity falsification, or providing false information;
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing staff or other users;

• Sharing or selling your account to another party.

8Privacy & Data Protection

10Account Termination & Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your cuntogel account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures within 3 business days.

10.2 Suspension and Termination by Cuntogel

Cuntogel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Request by the relevant authorities.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure (Responsible Gaming)
